Initially, everything with my repair following the accident went mostly okay. My only concern was that the timeline for when my vehicle would be ready kept getting pushed back without much communication. However, after picking up my car, it was making a sound that it had never made before - I was concerned and thought that perhaps my brake calipers were loose or had not been reinstalled correctly. I brought my car back to Crash Champions and asked them to check to ensure that everything had been reinstalled correctly, and they informed me that it had, but my inner tie rod was damaged as a result of wear and tear and suggested I take it to a repair shop. Upon taking my car to another repair center, I was told that while my inner tie rod did have some damage, it was not the cause of the sound my car was making -- the cause was that when Crash Champions reinstalled my wheel, they only re-fastened two of the five lug nuts, and my car wheel was about to fall off. I am very frustrated that this was a critical safety error and was missed two separate times, even after I went back to advocate that something seemed wrong. I am glad that nobody was harmed, since someone very well could have

I am only posting this negative review because I still do not have my vehicle. Please avoid this place at all cost. It's like dealing with a lawyer. They rape your insurance for everything they have and they lie over and over again. For one they DO NOT call you. You have to call them. If you get a text from them giving an update it's a complete lie. For an entire month straight they have given me the runaround about my car. I have to call them multiple times a week and every time I call they lie to me and the insurance stating my car will be finished by the end of the week. Then I have to call back at the end of the week and ask them why my car isn't done and they say next week. I call back and they tell me and the insurance it's going to be done by the end of the week. This process has been going on for 4 weeks straight and I wish I was exaggerating. My car has been in their possession for 2 months for a side swipe. I've called them 2-3 times a week for them to continue to say it would be a few days. They lie and give the most unrealistic time frame putting me at the mercy of begging the insurance to extend my rental. I'm a single mother and if I had believed them I

07/02/2026 Edit - Do not appreciate the auto reply with a generic response stating to send Email. Since leaving my review, multiple other people are stating the same concerns. If you want your car fixed or any communication whatsoever - go somewhere else. This has been the single worst auto repair experience I have ever had. What started as a curb impact 6 months ago has turned into a nightmare of missed deadlines and safety concerns. My car has been marked 'ready' four separate times, yet each time I arrived, it had significant new issuesβ€”ranging from missed dents and scratches to serious mechanical vibrations and a strong pull to the left. Most concerning is the lack of quality control. Had I not inspected the vehicle myself, I would have driven away with scratches and unfinished repairs. Communication is non-existent; they do not return calls or provide proactive updates. To top it off, I recently discovered they lied about the status of my car at the dealer. While the shop told me the dealer was still working on it, I found out the car had been sitting ready at the dealership for over a week, and they were unable to get a response from this shop. While the staff has been kin

Had my mazda6 fixed here abt 3 years ago, lady behind desk was incredibly rude, think her name started with an A or something can't remember. Repair was also junk work, after it was "fixed" the lip in between the grill and the hood came off while i was driving. When I came back to talk to the GM, he said I'm the one who broke it. I explained to him if that were the case he would've seen a point of impact or damage around the lip, but there was nothing. He ended up fixing it for free but overall a hassle and terrible place to get work done. Oh and after I picked up the car the first time, the headlights were two different colors!
